My stay at Short Stories Hotel was quite enjoyable, especially due to its fantastic location right across from The Grove and the Farmer's Market. The clean and beautifully designed room allowed for a restful experience, though I did notice some noise from the surrounding activities at times. The staff were exceptionally helpful, making my visit even smoother.

I found my room to be stylishly decorated and very comfortable, with high-quality bath products and ample outlets. However, the bathroom door design was unusual, as it was a frosted glass sliding door that offered no soundproofing, which felt a bit awkward.

I had a fabulous stay at the Farmer's Daughter Hotel. The location is killer, being right across from The Grove and the Farmer's Market, making dining and shopping super accessible. The lobby was under renovation, which was a minor bummer, but everything else from the room comfort to the friendly staff made up for it. I did have a couple of quirks with noise during my stay, but overall, it was a great experience worth sharing.

I had a really enjoyable stay at Short Stories Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right by The Grove and Farmer's Market, so I was close to loads of dining options. My room was clean and charming, though I wasn’t a huge fan of the concrete floors. Overall, it felt like a cozy boutique experience, ideal for my trip to LA.
Rooms

My room was a Signature King, and I loved the farmhouse decor. It was cute but had some wear and tear, like a soiled area rug. I appreciated the cozy vibe, and the blackout blinds totally helped with sleeping in. However, the concrete floors weren’t my favorite for comfort.
Service

The staff were super friendly and accommodating, always greeting me with a smile. I felt well taken care of, which really enhanced my experience. But I did notice some inconsistency with the receptionists' attentiveness.

I had breakfast from a nearby Whole Foods, but I really enjoyed the casual dining at Tart next door too. The food quality was decent, and the ambiance was nice. I wish there were more breakfast options offered at the hotel though.

While the small pool was nice for a dip, I was bummed there wasn’t a gym available. The security features in the room, like the in-room safe, were a plus. The lobby and common areas were well-designed and inviting.
